These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the relationship between Olive Oil Business School (hereinafter "OOB") and any user (hereinafter "the User") accessing the website https://www.oobusinessschool.com and/or enrolling in the training programs offered.

By accessing the website and/or enrolling in a training program, the User expressly accepts these Terms in full. If the User does not accept all or part of these Terms, they must refrain from using the website and/or registering for a program.

OOB offers professional training programs in the olive oil sector, comprising three levels: Foundations, Business & Market, and International Trade. The programs combine theory and practice and include sensory tasting sessions, market analysis, and strategic marketing modules.

• Professional certification upon successful completion
• Access to a professional network of producers, mills, and industry stakeholders
• Course materials, tastings, and educational resources included

Registration is carried out via the website by creating a user account and selecting the desired session(s). Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of the training fees.

Each training session requires a minimum number of participants to be confirmed. OOB reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session if the minimum threshold is not reached, in which case the User will be offered a refund or a place in a future session.

• OOB reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria

Training fees are displayed on the website in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Prices may be adjusted; however, once a session is paid for, the price is guaranteed.

Payment is made online via Stripe or PayPal. The transaction is secured and encrypted. The User's bank details are never stored by OOB.

A discount of €260 is offered for enrollment in all three levels (Full Program Bundle). This discount is applied automatically at checkout when all three levels are added to the cart.

The User may cancel their enrollment and request a full refund up to 30 days before the start date of the session for which they are registered.

For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the session, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the session start date.

In the event of cancellation or postponement by OOB, the User may choose between a full refund or a place in a future session, without additional fees.

All content on the website (texts, images, videos, course materials, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of OOB or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a strictly personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the course materials for the duration of the training program. Any reproduction, distribution, or public dissemination of these materials without OOB's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Any commercial use of OOB content requires prior written authorization

Photographs and videos taken during training sessions may be used by OOB for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures). If the User does not wish to appear, they must inform OOB in writing before the start of the session.

OOB makes every effort to ensure the quality of the training programs and the accuracy of the information on the website. However, OOB cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or delays in updating information.

OOB's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. OOB shall not be liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

The User is responsible for their own equipment and internet connection when accessing the website or any online resources provided by OOB.

OOB collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

The data collected (name, email, phone, address, payment information) is used exclusively for managing registrations, communications, and invoicing. This data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing.

The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. These rights can be exercised by contacting OOB at info@oobusinessschool.com.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance, or termination shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.

Before any legal action, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached within 30 days of written notification, either party may bring the matter before the competent courts.

OOB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The User is encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the website and/or participation in a training program after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain binding on the parties.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and OOB regarding the use of the website and enrollment in training programs.
